We use PAYMATE to process our Credit Card Payments. We do not store, collect or sell any personal details. We suggest you familiarise yourself with Paymate’s policies if necessary.

You may pay in your own currency. Here is a converter - please be aware exchange rates may change daily.

Australians only - If you wish to pay via Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit - please request our details and tell us what you want to order and we will send you a separate invoice.

Returns - If there is ever any problem all you need to do is talk to us and we will follow up. Please do this immediately upon receipt of your item and take note that returns are contingent upon a proven manufacturing fault so you may be required to return the item to us to receive a full refund. Whatever the problem - we'll work it out.

Greeting Cards

Greeting Cards may be offered throughout our Sites and in our publications.

Cards are printed on heavy card stock and are designed at 4.9" x 6.9" (125mm x 175mm) or 6.9" x 4.9" (175mm x 125mm) to nicely fit into included white envelopes that measure 5" x 7" (130mm x 180mm) or 7" x 5" (180mm x 130mm).

Postage is included in the cost of the listed cards. If you want to order in quantities we can combine postage and work out the best postal rate for you so let us know.

For more than 10 cards you will need to get a quote so we can work out the cheapest rate for you.

Cards generally ship in 3 - 5 days after funds are cleared and we will advise you of any variance. Please allow a few extra days to reach you, depending on your location and whether or not it is a busy time of the year (like The Holidays). We ship via Australia Post and we recommend that you request a quote for insurance before you complete your Order if you need to, as we will not be responsible for goods once they are shipped. All due care will be taken with packaging of items.  

Overseas people are advised that there may be delays in Customs due to increased security procedures especially around busy holiday times. We are now required to pay a $9.00 Customs Tax to the US if the parcel weight is over 453 grams or 15.98 oz and the Buyer will be asked to pay this in addition to postage. Most of our products will not fall into this category; but please ask us if you have any queries or if you wish to buy bulk cards. Up to 30 cards should generally be OK. No such Tax exists in Australia and we are not registered for GST.

Refunds will be given only if there is a manufacturing defect. Please inform us of any problems immediately upon receipt of your item. Cards must be returned in original condition for a refund of invoice total and/or replacement items.
